- Principal consultant to Analatom, employed at Defense Science and Technology Organization (DSTO), Department of Defense, Australia. Interacts with Analatom on a nearly daily basis on advising and implementing under license further development of MEMS sensor technology developed by DSTO.
- Current work builds directly on the understanding of adhesive bond degradation and implementation on a MEMS style sensor with co-integrated CMOS circuitry to be included in smart adhesive systems for on-going monitoring of the health of adhesively bonded components.

- Manages and directs the development and fielding of Structural Health Monitoring System (SHMS) and Software Architecture.
- Efforts include but not limit to oversight of all systems engineering activities.
- Responsible for the specification, design, verification and support of the systems.
- Intensive experience in data acquisition, sensor interfacing and system integration / analysis, and digital image processing.
- Major contributor in leading engineering development of SBIR contracts.
- Over 7 years of industrial experience in several companies including The Department of Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center in Port Hueneme, Motorola, Inc., and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
